Founder
My journey with yoga and meditation practice began in 2009, starting with a personal interest that became a way of life that shaped my health and outlook for the next decade, until a traumatic event caused me to develop PTSD and my life changed.
Naga & Mars began at the conclusion of a painful chapter, but it gave me the grit and determination to pursue new meaning in my life. It has not been a straightforward path but a winding road marked by pain, resilience and growth. Yoga and meditation practice, for me, is a way of living, a philosophy that has allowed me to turn dark moments into beacons of hope and opportunities for learning.
